About the author
As a child, Marie Kenward enjoyed reading adventures about
swashbucklers like Robin Hood, Peter Pan and the Three Musketeers, and cheering
on superheroes like Superman and Batman. Her parents were avid science fiction
fans, so she grew up watching TV series like Star Trek, Space 1999 and
Battlestar Galactica. She fell in love with Luke Skywalker and cried when ET
went home. And to this day, she swears she saw a UFO when she was 12.
As far back as she can remember, Marie loved to write. She loves romance novels
because of the escapism and the happily-ever-after endings, and likes to include
paranormal elements in her works to add a surreal flavor.
